Shipping Policy

Custom Made Products

All custom-made orders will be shipped Monday-Friday. Please keep in mind each custom order is handcrafted from start to finish. Therefore, shipping times vary based on custom piece production time, product size, order quantity, shipping address, and possibly other factors. We offer worldwide shipping. There may be some limitations when it comes to the customer location and specifications of the custom order. Contact us for any further international shipping questions.
Customers can also choose free pick-up (we are not responsible for any damage after the order is picked up and leaves our shop). Delivery and setup are available as well for an additional cost based on your location.

Merch

Our merch is created on demand (meaning it has a longer lead time). It is not made in-house, so we cannot manage shipping and quality control. It is determined by the manufacturer. If you order more than one item, you may receive more than one shipment.

Additional fees

We don’t charge border-crossing fees. After the package is shipped there may be additional fees such as brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or other charges depending on your destination country and state. We have no control over these costs, and we are not responsible for them. We do declare and ship all items appropriately. Please check with your border agency for possible additional fees.

Return Policy

Custom Made Products

We do not accept returns on custom orders. These are made-to-order specifically for each customer. We work very closely with the customers to handcraft what was ordered.

Merch

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, we’re more than happy to replace it for you. If you need to return your order for any other reason (the wrong size, changed your mind, etc.), you will be responsible for shipping costs.
